I am an assistant professor in Psychology at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. I received my PhD in Developmental Psychology from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, in 2016.
My research is focused on emotion dynamics and development, including family dynamics in adolescence and the associations between stress and emotions. I am interested in how these dynamics are related to mental health and well-being. I also examine how complex emotion processes unfold over time using multiple approaches, including observations of behaviour, measurement of physiological responses, and questionnaires.
